个人简介

梁荣,女,博士,1989年生,河北唐山人。2009.9-2013.6 吉林大学 生物技术(植物)专业,2013.9-2018.6 吉林大学 硕博连读,食品科学与工程专业。现主持/参与省级项目2项,主持校级研究项目1项。近年来在专业学术刊物上共发表论文19篇,其中SCI文章17篇。


教学工作

承担本科生《食品法律法规与标准》、《食品新产品开发》、《功能食品学》、《食品原料学》、《食品综合创新实验》等教学工作。


研究方向

食源性功能因子的开发利用与活性评价。
