个人简介

梁荣,1989年12月生,河北唐山人,2018年6月毕业于吉林大学食品科学与工程学院,获得工学博士学位,同年7月进入聊城大学农学院工作。目前承担本科生《食品原料学》、《食品毒理学》、《食品新产品开发》和《食品法律法规与标准》四门理论课程的讲授和《食品生物技术实验》教学,工作认真负责。主持聊城大学博士启动金项目1项,公开发表科研论文12篇,其中SCI论文9篇。

 


教学工作

承担《食品原料学》、《食品毒理学》、《食品新产品开发》、《食品法律法规与标准》和《食品生物技术实验》等课程教学工作。


研究方向

食源性功能因子的开发利用与活性评价,主要包括:阿胶、大豆等食源性材料中活性肽等功能因子及的分离制备及结构鉴定;功能因子的抗氧化、免疫调节、抑菌性等活性的评价研究;功能因子的消化吸收及生物利用研究;以及系列功能食品的应用开发研究。
